Getting started with Fiscal invoicing¶
By the end of this tutorial, you will have imported an Excel file of invoices and submitted those invoices to the FNE for certification.
The interface is in French
The Minlessika interface is in French. Each tab or button name is shown here as it appears on screen, with its English translation in parentheses.
Prerequisites¶
- The Fiscal invoicing module activated for your organization
- The FNE API key filled in under Paramètres (Settings)
- A file in the FNE Excel template format, filled in with at least one invoice
Steps¶
1. Prepare the Excel file¶
Download the FNE Excel template and fill in one row per invoice, following the template columns. A single file may contain several invoices and credit notes.
2. Create the import¶
Open the Imports tab, click Nouvel import (New import), then upload your Excel file. The module checks the file and creates an import with the Prêt (Ready) status.
3. Check the import¶
Open the created import. It lists the detected invoices and credit notes, along with any reading errors to fix in the file before going further.
4. Submit to the FNE¶
From the import detail, click Transmettre (Submit). The module sends each invoice and credit note to the FNE. The import status changes to En cours de traitement (Processing), then to Traité (Processed) once all documents are handled.
5. Track the results¶
Check the Historique (History) tab to find each submitted document, its FNE reference, and its status (accepted, rejected). Failed documents appear under Échecs de transmission (Submission failures), where you can replay them.
