- The SaaS subscription covers access to the module and the included monthly volume.
- The FNE regulatory activation is included in every plan.
- Overage packs are optional and valid for one month.
- Optional services are billed once.
FNE regulatory activation (included)¶
The following items are included in all plans:
- Preparation of the FNE file
- Request and activation of the FNE API key
- Connectivity and compliance tests
- Technical validation for invoice certification

The following modules are optional at no extra cost for all FNE plans except the FNE Free plan:
- Ventes (Minlessika's invoicing module)
- Achats (Minlessika's purchasing module - for agricultural cooperatives)
- Produits (product and service catalog management)
- Supervisor (dashboard module to view in real time the revenue, the collected taxes, and the remaining sticker balance)
Overage packs (optional, valid one month)¶
These packs are available only to organizations on a paid plan.

- API integration,

- 40% after technical integration
- 20% at production launch
Enterprise¶

Integration and production launch conditions¶
Payment required to start¶
No integration work starts before the first payment is received.
Payment required for production launch¶
The final production launch is conditioned on full settlement of the balance.
Project suspension¶
Any payment delay over 7 days leads to the suspension of the project.
Premium module - Automatic export of certified PDFs¶
Description¶
Automatic export of the certified invoices and credit notes (PDF) to the customer's own storage space (Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint), with a configurable folder tree (year / month / document type) and a recovery mechanism in case of error.
Automatically centralize your certified PDFs in your own storage space, with no effort and no per-volume surcharge.
